Creative Lead Craft was set up by the partners of Prentice Roofing

Having seen how popular imitation lead planters have become (now commonly seen in almost every garden centre), then seeing how beautiful real lead planters are on a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show in 2007, we decided to bring this traditional craft home to Ireland.

Having used lead on roofs for many years, we already had staff with excellent lead working skills, which means we have been able to design and create beautifully crafted cast lead planters in our small foundry in Dundonald just outside Belfast.

We currently have a large selection of planter designs and sizes available, and we are continually working on new designs.

Also as each planter is made from individually cast panels, you can choose any of the panels to make up your bespoke lead planter in all shapes and sizes, Take a look at our galley to see just some of the possibilities.

The price of each planter varies greatly depending on the amount of lead used and the detail in each planter, please do not hesitate to contact us for information on the price of any planters you like.

Smaller planters can be collected from our work shop in Dundonald, but due to the weight of larger pots some may need special delivery which we can arrange for you if required.
